Liaising directly with authorities to follow up the project legal process (1/2000 zoning plan, principle investment approval, land handover decision, 1/500 detail plan, infrastructure connection, basic design, construction permit, etc), checking the regulations and negotiating the process.
Relationship building with the authorities.
Study and report on relevant property / investment regulations.
Analyzing the regulations and finding the solution to the problem.
Understanding the project legally and doing due diligence on potential projects.
Drafting the letters / documents to be submitted to the authority.
Managing the legal documents.
Estimating the project timeline.
Job requirement
Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Real Estate.
Have experience in residential projects in HCMC and Binh Duong is a big plus
Good at Microsoft Office.
Good at English communication.
