Job requirement
Communicate with clients about the product development schedule when the product timeline begins.
Ensure the timeline for mold or product modifications is implemented during the development process.
Monitor project engineering, mold department, injection molding department, and quality department to ensure work is completed as scheduled. If any department cannot meet deadlines, convene relevant departments to reach a consensus and follow up promptly.
When modifications to molds or products are necessary, if the modification method is inappropriate, review with relevant department personnel to determine if there are better alternatives.
