Objective (1)
Manage daily agenda for Chief Risk Officer, be involved in meetings, keep track of all discussed topics and agreed follow-ups and next actions. Be able to engage with business units in documentation preparation for meetings and ensure its quality.

Reporting lines (3)
Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

Key accountabilities (2)
- Organize meetings with relevant parties and keep track about the discussed agenda.
- Follow up on agreed actions and tasks.
- Interpreting support during business negations with non-English speaking parties.
- Responsible for related project management and coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, project risk prevention and mitigation
- To assist the managers to complete the delivery of other related work.

Yêu cầu

Experiences and competencies (4)
University degree, overseas studies are highly preferred.
At least 2 years’ experience as project manager/project coordinator, job is suitable for fresh graduates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Presentation skills to communicate with business units.
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
