Get to know the Role:
This role is to monitor drivers’ performance, especially for driver who didn’t meet incentive criteria, provide analytical thinking in finding the root cause for driver productivity issues. To partner and give recommendation to repossession team to repossess unit from problematic driver.
The day-to-day activities:
- Handle operational for unproductive driver
- Search and conduct periodical analysis to find root cause for unproductive driver
- Responsible to drivers’ productivity improvement
- Create program to increase productivity of the driver
- Conduct coaching session for problematic driver
- Give recommendation repossession unit for problematic driver
The must haves:
- 3+ years related working experience in Finance company
- Experience in the collection or credit
- Experience in the managing people
- Creative and willingness to make improvement
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
- Diploma and/or BA required
- Excellent Collection skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Microsoft excel skill, advance level
