Production Supervisor (Start after Tet)

Manage and coordinate Technical Department’s team including staffs, engineers & technicians in order to:

Þ Produce all samples on-time and in compliance with customers’ requirements.

Þ Define correct bill of materials and routing for every product.

Þ Create technical files and control documents for every product.

Þ Calculate price for new products and update pricing regularly.

Þ Write standard operating procedures and work instructions for all production processes.

Þ Study and implement new processes and technologies to extend our product lines.

Þ Organize and optimize technical department at all levels to become more reliable and efficient.

Þ Ensure good technical support and appropriate documentation for production department.

Þ    University or College degree in mechanical or technical field.

Þ    Good ability to manage a team.

Þ    3 – 5 years’ experience in similar position.

Þ    Excellent organizational skills.

Þ    Good English level (speaking and writing).

Þ    Ability to use common office softwares and AutoCad

Þ    Able to work under pressure.

Þ    Highly motivated, flexible, honest, and reliable.
