Production supervisor ( Giám sát sản xuất)

- To ensure all jobs and resources, man-power, machines, material…, are properly and optimally arranged, utilized and implemented for achieving output, quality, delivery with high efficiency as planned for entire production department.

- To ensure all machines to be properly maintained, so that the production is continuously and effectively kept according to the designed procedures.

- To issue instructions, orders, training, rotation, discipline to subordinates and responsible organization to maintain disciplines, 6S, high efficiency at production department.

- To maintain 2-way communications to subordinates, listening to subordinate’s feedback, evaluating their performance, support to solve problems,…

- Handling WIP, raw material to ensure strict control, reduce scrap, wait time, NG quality, over-production.

- To maintain a proper relationship in work to other departments for further cross-function issue.

- To report the result, abnormality, kaizen, solving problems,…as required to superior

-        Sex: Male

-        Age: more than 28 years old.

-        University degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

-        Have experience in management at manufacturing company more than 3 years.

-        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

-        Strong leadership and result oriented.

-        Good verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills

-        Ability to work independently and under high pressure

-        Have knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 is advantage

-        Can communicate in English
