Production Supervisor - Blownfilm

The main purpose of this position is to be responsible to assess, control, implement, improve, or enhance processes and carry out the safety, productivity, quality, people development, product development.

The one who is highest position in Blownfilm Blueloop Department to maintain and develop all task of operations.

Cooperating and reporting to Line Manager, local leadership team, regional team in terms of Blueloop implementation

• Develop and improve operations to be effective and consistent.

• Lead in analyze and find the causes of problems in the production process and act solutions and apply them into reality.

• Train employees and monitor operations in the production process to maintain standardized operations at all times and achieve process stability.

• Lead to improve tools in the production line ready to be applied to achieve the qualitative and productive effectiveness of the product and easy-to-produce.

• Graduated from University/College 
• 2-4 years practical work experience in blown film extrusion or film converting preferred
• Be able to communicate in English
• Communication skill
