Production Planning Manager

1. Product Availability:

* Ensure all demand streams going into the planning systems.

* Develop & perform a valid long term, short term plan & daily production schedule.

* Lead identifying and recommending solutions ("what if"; simulation/contingency plans) to solve out supply chain constraints where they don’t support for the Master production scheduling.

* Develop & manage RCCP ( rough cut capacity planning)

* Lead the root cause analysis/action plan for Missed Case/out of stock

* Lead the recommendation for allocation/on-hold

2. Inventory:

* Develop; maintain an optimal inventory ; production cycle for finished product

* Conduct regular finish goods planning inventory parameter review

* Lead root cause analysis and action plan to deliver the inventory target

* Support warehouse system owner in root cause analysis/action plan for space RCCP

3. Master Data:

* Lead converting site operating strategy into planning parameter (inventory policy, production cycle...)

* Own master data setup for MPS and MRP element set up.

* Ensure BOM be set up in System

4. Communication:

*Leading national supply planning team

* Participate in weekly operation planning meeting, weekly logistics meeting, and leading daily planning meeting

* Participate in weekly demand-supply review, weekly planning review (sales planner, supply chain planner)

* Participate in monthly site RCCP review, monthly Product Supply review (S&OP meeting)

5. Result Review:

* Track, report and drive continual improvement plan for Out of stock, Finish Goods inventory, Finish Goods scrapping,  Obsolete /Slow moving report for RM/PM
