Report to: Plant Director • Support and take part in the establishment of manufacturing operation system and procedures • Observe production to ensure the safety and health of all personnel in operations. • Communicate, guide and update subordinates on new policies, rules and regulations for understanding and implementation. • Evaluate staff’s performance & recommend promotion • Ensure compliance to ISO, OHSAS standards and GMP regulations required by local Ministry of Health. • Ensure that production supply Marketing requirements in time and full delivery. • Enforce security and safety rules and regulations and conduct daily inspection of the manufacturing facilities. • Coordinate with the Supply and Logistics Group Head, Production Supervisor, Production Planner and Process Checkers on the daily and weekly activities of processing operation. • Troubleshoot any technical issues in processing operations to Supply and Logistics Group Head and recommend necessary improvements
• Pharmacist degree • At least 5 year experience in at pharmaceutical factory, prefer foreign invested factory • Fluent in English
