Implement production plans; organize and assign daily tasks to Shift Leaders and workshop supervisors to ensure optimal manpower utilization and achievement of Safety, Quality, and Control targets.
Monitor, inspect, and control production shifts to ensure operations strictly follow technological processes and meet required quality standards and production schedules.
Communicate and provide guidance on company policies and regulations to workers at project.
Balance the production capacity of the workshop and proactively propose solutions to improve equipment utilization efficiency and optimize the use of production manpower.
Manage project costs and revenue.
Perform other assigned duties.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management, Electrical – Electronics, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a production management position.
Good command of English.
