Factory Operations Management: Ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Team Leadership: Build, motivate, lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of operations professionals.Production Planning & Control: Control, develop and execute production schedules that meet customer demands.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality standards.Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgetsProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsSupply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, ensure the timely delivery, manage inventory to minimize carrying costsStakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
