Mô tả công việc

- Be an assistant of production manager, allocate, track, keep documents, book meetings at the request of production manage, arrange, memorize schedules for the manager.
- Monitor output and report production efficiency
- Keep the department's documents in an organized way, keep track of pending issues,
ongoing project progress
- Translate well and need both oral and written memorization
- Make documents and reports at the request of production directors related to production such as process diagrams, 5S audit reports, employee documents.
- Assisted production manager ensures all output tracking boards, target sections of each region are recorded early in the morning.
- Lead and supervise all ongoing productivity enhancement projects such as cost reduction, quality control, 5S program and other production related activities.
- Perform weekly production summary report.
- Keep the Finishing budget, control and prioritize PR according to what production needs most, making sure the budget is well spent
- Memorize and discipline in writing and follow-up
- Carry out an update of the department's organizational structure under the direction of the production director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have good conversational English
Have basic knowledge of the planning and reporting document
Have office computer skills
