Experience:
Sample testing and analyzing
• Perform inspection of raw material, products in-process.
• Perform testing of our finished products and competitive products.
Baking and Testing reports
• Prepare testing daily report per batch which should be submitted to QA-QC head in 24 hours.
• Confirm information report from Baking Technicians/ subordinates.
• Assign Baking Technicians/ subordinates to receive flour sample for testing depend on the purpose of each of flour.
• Supervise the Sample Records received from internal or competitors.
• Evaluate or determine the quality of tested flour via end-products.
• Timely submit to QA-QC head on every case involved.
Technical support and product quality
• Technical support to customer.
• Coordinate with Sales & Technical team to take care and give the best advice to end-users.
• Frequently support and guide the Marketing team about technical skills at Mill Bakery.
Equipment Maintenance
• Control the consumption of bakery materials, additives, & chemicals inside the Bakery Section - supervise Baking Technicians to make up the mixture of chemicals or additives at allowable & stipulated quantity.
• Record all in-out raw materials at section properly.
• Recommend FSQ Senior Manager/ QA-QC head effectively use any improvers, additives or chemicals for bakery performance on end-products.
Support Sales Team
• Update the application of flour
• Train customers to make products from flour
• Update information on flour quality from competitors
Develop and research new products
• Research and develop current additive & new additive defend product and market.
• Search and research new additives, dosage for product with lowest cost.
• Research and develop new products based on customer.
• Research and develop new products via documentary which was trained
• Save file all new products (take photograph, formula, procedure)
• College/ University degree, major in Food Technology or related field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Previous work experience with foreign investment enterprises is preferred.
• English Skill: Intermediate
• Good computer literacy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Food technology knowledge
• Flour Application knowledge (all bread, noodle, Cake…)
