ABOUT THE TEAM

Product Support Team (a.k.a 911 Team) is seeking an enthusiast analyst. Within engineering team, the Product Support Team monitors and works to improve the quality and stability of internal tools and user’s experience. We support Marketing, Merchandising, Tiki Care and its customers in product issue diagnosis and resolution in an effort to improve technical performance and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, require minimal support for day-to-day activities and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate, triage and resolve issues with internal tools and platforms
• Respond to production support tickets and reports from non-technical teams
• Prioritize issues and troubleshoot them independently while coordinating with Engineering team and other non-technical teams
• Ensure quality of service and quickly resolution to all production problems across a variety of complex TIKI and third party technologies, applications, tools, products and services
• Identify areas of automation and create tools for team’s efficiency improvements
• Documenting how-to articles to build the Engineering Help Center
