Employment Information

Job requirement

  • Implement solutions and products within the scope of the distribution company.

  • Conduct technology transfer sessions for customers and partners.

  • Participate in providing technical support to customers in case of incidents or issues related to the products supplied by the company.

  • Coordinate with Presales to execute product demonstrations and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) for products and solutions.

  • Support the presentation of technical solutions/workshops as required.

  • Research and study new products as assigned by the Head of the Technical Department.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Technical Department.

Job requirement

  • Hold a Bachelor's/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or possess equivalent certifications.

  • Possess solid knowledge of network and system security architecture design, OSI Model, TCP/IP, network communication protocols, and information security.

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in deploying security solutions, especially Firewall and DDoS Protection.

  • Ability to collaborate/work effectively in a team, while also being fully capable of completing tasks independently.

  • English communication skills: equivalent to TOEIC 500 or higher.
