Product & Reservation Assistant

Job requirement


1. Develop new products and review/change/update existing products as per travellers expectations.

2. Searching & contact the suppliers such as hotel, restaurant, transportation company… to sign the cooperation contracts for company's tour programs.

3. Set up the cost / sales price sheets for each specific tours (after receiving the approval of Director & Manager)

4. Responsible for updating all contracts / promotion of hotels in Vietnam in Pegasys

5. To perform the other duties as assigned by the management / manager (upon request)

Responsible for handling all booking requests of the customers / internal guests such as transportation, restaurant, hotel, flight tickets, entrance ticket, tour...:

1. To create bookings in Pegasys

2. To follow up status of reservations with suppliers / partners / colleagues to make sure bookings confirmed on time

3. To confirm bookings with Sales department

4. To expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints received from Sales department to maximize satisfaction of the customers.

Job requirement

���� Requirements:

1.      Good at both writting & speaking in Vietnamese & English.

2.      At least 1-2 years experience

3.      Strong problem solving and analytical skills

4.      Proficient in Microsoft Office
