Product Owner (eCommerce Web/App)

• Define and own the web/app product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

• Lead the enhancement of website and mobile app usability, performance, and conversion funnel optimization.

• Conduct customer journey analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to improve key metrics such as retention and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features and improvements in an Agile environment.

• Work with marketing and commercial teams to drive promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies.

• Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to ensure best-in-class experiences.

• Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., page load speed, bounce rates, checkout completion) and continuously optimize based on data insights.

• Manage backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

• Partner with marketplace integrations, third-party logistics, and payment gateway providers to enhance customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards for online transactions.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in eCommerce, digital platforms, or B2C web/app development. 

• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and UI/UX best practices. 

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.). 

• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and growth strategies for eCommerce platforms. 

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams (engineering, marketing, operations, and design). 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience in working with mobile app and web development teams. 

• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (preferred). 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopee, GrabMart, etc.), third-party logistics providers, back-office ERP, OMS... 

• Background in the retail or pharmacy industry. 

• Familiarity with React Native (for mobile) and Next.js (for web).
