Act as the focal point for working with stakeholders to develop UAT and go-live plans, and organize UAT and go-live activities.
Serve as the focal point for working with business departments to analyze, assess, consolidate, and develop user requirements; provide consultation and guidance on functions and solutions for business units.
Research partner solutions to propose appropriate and effective software development options.
Control the quality of documents during project implementation related to business requirements development.
Organize and resolve issues related to business processes/business units, and agree on implementation approaches.
Collaborate with partners and internal VPBank units (IT, EDA, Risk, etc.) to prepare and handle matters related to data and integration.
Analyze and consolidate documents, develop work plans, progress reports, and reports on issues related to assigned business areas.
Support the development of training materials and deliver training related to assigned business areas.
Coordinate with business units to review, identify, analyze, and evaluate processes and regulations impacted by system development.
Support Project Managers in project planning, project management, preparing documents and reports, as well as project communications and training activities.
