Get to know the Role:

  • To be technical enough to understand how our products work whilst also possessing a keen eye for design and solid business acumen.

  • This role requires a healthy dose of creativity as well as analytical thinking to define a vision for both new and existing products from initial conceptualisation all the way to iterating based on post-launch performance feedback.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, User Research and Data teams to shape a customer-focused product vision & strategy, supported by internal and external analysis.

  • Define and maintain creative, high quality, product roadmaps and specifications.

  • Secure stakeholder buy-in for the product vision and roadmap.

  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and business objectives.

  • Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver products to market on time.

  • Identify, assess, track and resolve issues and risks at multiple levels; including both technical risks and associated business risks.

The must-haves:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering great consumer products at scale.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

  • Proven analytical thinking, leadership, problem solving, and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives

  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Able to operate with ​high level of independence.
