Product Operations Associate

Responsibility:
- Monitor daily transactions and maintain SLA of Kudo transaction
- Coordinate with Kudo Operations team in solving daily airtime and bill pay issues
- Support PM and PMM team to achieve targets related to the product
- Provide ideas for improvement of airtime and bill pay transactions to improve agent / customer / partner experience
- Create data reconciliation with partners and coordinate with the finance team
- Maintain relationship with partners to ensure business continuity
- Inform Partners for system or product disturbance and product or price changes
- Manage partner product inventory and pricing

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor degree of Computer Science/IT, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with external partners.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, team-oriented, and good interpersonal skill.
- Work independent, showing personal accountability, integrity and sense of urgency.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel; Good in details numbers / reporting.
- Understanding Pulsa / Digital Product business will be a plus.
