Job requirement

The Air Conditioner Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication plan to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and establish a strong market position for TCL's air conditioning products in Vietnam market. This role requires analytical and creative skills to manage all aspects of product marketing, from market research to campaign execution.

1. Market and Consumer Insight: Conduct continuous market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities within the air conditioner market. Analyze data to create actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.
2. Product Marketing & Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing plans for new and existing air conditioner models. Create compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights TCL's unique selling points (USPs).
3. Product Marketing Communication: Design and manage all marketing communication activities, including digital campaigns (social media, KOLs/Influencers, SEO/SEM), PR & product review activity, offline promotions (in-store displays, events), and public relations.
4. Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and informative content for various channels, such as product brochures, websites, social media posts, product review and video scripts. Ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to the target audience.
5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the air conditioner category, ensuring all spending is optimized for maximum return on investment (ROI). Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key role between the marketing department and other internal teams, including Sales, Retail, Product management, P&L. Collaborate closely to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals and product timelines.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance. Use insights to recommend improvements and future strategies.
Other relevant Air conditioner communication tasks are assigned by Line Manager.

Job requirement

− Bachelor ‘s Degree and similar degree.
− At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing communication/ Product marketing or similar roles.
− Good project management skills; ability to cope with multiple projects and good time management.
− Interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
− Creative, proactively updating trends and knowledge on social network, social media influencers.
− Ability to plan, strategize and report marketing.
− Have the ability to persuade and negotiate, flexible and acumen in problem solving.
− Good written skills in both Vietnamese and English.
− Dynamic, professional, proactive thinking and willing-to-learn spirit.
− Fluently with Microsoft (Word, excel, power point.
− Familiar with or Tech gadgets love spirit.
