1. Job Summary
The Product Marketing Executive will own the go‑to‑market strategy for our product lines—conducting market research, defining product positioning, collaborating closely on development and manufacturing, executing launch campaigns, creating content, and empowering the sales team and channel partners to drive adoption and growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Research
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and target‑customer profiling to ensure accurate product positioning
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for each product line
- Propose brand positioning and core messaging
Launch & Product Lifecycle
- Plan and execute new‑product launch campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend product improvements based on market feedback
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure marketing strategies align with product features and advantages
Content & Product Communications
- Write creative briefs and oversee production of marketing assets: brochures, landing pages, videos, KOL scripts, etc.
- Support the creation of key visuals and campaign concepts
- Ensure consistency of messaging and imagery across all channels
Sales Support & Market Education
- Develop training materials for sales and customer‑care teams
- Coordinate workshops, product trainings, mini‑events, and livestreams
- Gather feedback from customers, distributors, and physicians to refine products and strategies
