As GrabCycle’s Product Manager for Machine Learning, you will help our team build and execute strategies for
Prediction: build algorithms to predict supply and demand dynamics
Supply repositioning: solve for supply positioning with data and experimentation, creating an optimized network of assets for our riders, our business and our cities.
Operational excellence: lead our operation teams to success with data driven intelligence. you will collaborate with operation teams to provide the best service to our riders at most efficient costs.
Hardware design: leverage our data insights to inform and guide vehicle solutions, working closely with our hardware team to continuously bringing intelligent transportations on the road.
Demand acquisition: improve the ROI of our rider side investment by improving cost efficiency of demand acquisition levers.
Personalization: create a truly differentiating user product with UIUX teams by personalizing rider features.
Partner solutions: re-imagine what it means for us to to meaningfully connect & interact with local businesses and how we will bring impact to our POI partners with data
You will will lead us to an innovative product direction and carve out a clear execution path towards driving significant impact. The role demands a deep background in product management, machine learning, and lean product methodologies; ability to operate in a highly technical and data-oriented environment; leadership skills, and the ability to do user research and work collaboratively with executive level stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years Product management experience
Experience building Machine Learning products from start to finish
Strong communication and collaboration skills
An undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science or a quantitative domain plus hands-on software engineering and/or data science experience highly preferred.
Working knowledge of machine learning solutions

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skill and create an effective strategy
Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features
Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements
Proven ability to make smart features (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
Focused on building businesses, not features. Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics
