• Product Managers have to be technical enough to understand how our underlying products are built and have a keen eye for design.

Get to know the role:

• This role will require you to deliver a set of Internal Tools that will be used by our teams in various countries. You will get to define a vision and roadmap for the product, and see through its delivery into the hands of our internal users.

The day-to-day activities:

• Shape the overall product vision and roadmap to position Grab as a regional powerhouse that will help improve lives in Southeast Asia.

• Collaborate with engineering and design to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users.

• Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about problems that have never been solved before at this scale.

• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across nearly all functions in the company - marketing, sales, operations, data science, engineering, content, customer service, payments and IT.

• Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product development and design.

The must haves:

• Minimum 3+ years in a product management experience at a tech; background in telco is an advantage

• Experience in mobile RTC technologies (chat, voice, messaging, etc);

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

• Demonstrated success in delivering great consumer products at scale

• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail

• Proven analytical thinking, leadership, problem solving, and project management skills

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives

• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Able to operate with high level of independence

• Able to write and communicate well - you will be engaging engineering and non-technical stakeholders across the organization (and region)
