Job requirement

  • Developing and executing brand strategies and annual marketing plans
  • Analyzing market trends and customer insights to support product positioning and growth
  • Managing and optimizing the marketing (A&P) budget
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns, including medical seminars and KOL engagement
  • Support & collaborate with cross-functional teams with materials and product training
  • Leading new product launches or portfolio expansions
  • Collaborating with staff on field activities: customer visits, conferences, KOL meetings, and product introductions

Job requirement

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a PM role and/ or ETC related MKT role, especially the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Strategic, Visionary, Energizing
