Job requirement

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing all OTB activities of the brand, including sales planning, buying planning, buying, and monitoring sales performance.

- Goal, budget, and plan execution (60%):

  • Responsible for OTB forecasting and product planning.
  • Closely works with global planning and merchant team as well as local buying team to ensure the right weighted mix of each category, department, CC count…
  • Develops product cycle and sales cycle to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Strategizes sales plan including seasonal product launch, pricing, MSS, EOSS, yearly sale events… to reduce inventory level and ensure sales target is met.
  • Control, manage the margin to ensure it's aligned with the budget plan.
  • Reviews monthly sales and OTB with Group Brand Manager to proactively remedy Potential opportunities and problems.
  • Coordinates with the Retail Operation team for seasonal product launch and gets feedback.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sell-through/ MOH. Collaborate with the Principal Merch team to develop a promotional scheme for pushed style and ensure high sell-through of the season.
  • Conducts post-launch evaluation analysis of major programs and seasons.
  • Coordinates with Visual Merchandising, Marketing team for seasonal initiatives.
  • Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and accounting to ensure OTB, shipment delivery are aligned with the plan.

- Leads and develops people (40%):

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and management to direct reports.
  • Provides direction. Communicated priority and required results.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching, recognition to direct report.
  • Set a performance objective for a direct report.
  • Takes responsibility for decisions and behaves consistently.

Job requirement

  • Excellent in number, Inventory Management.
  • Strong analysis skills, Market research, Customer insights.
  • Expert in Excel, Power Query, SQL, Data Processing, Dashboard, Data Visualization.
  • Experience in fashion merchandising is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, strong communication.
  • Fluency in English and Microsoft Office is a must.
