GrabCycle is the first riding sharing marketplace app in SouthEast Asia. It brings multiple personal mobility brands into a single marketplace. You will join a team of passionate innovators to design, build, and improve mobile solutions for our riders. As part of GrabVenture - the incubator arm of Grab - you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects outside the ridesharing and build the future of transportation.​​

Get to know the Role:

The growth team at GrabCycle is charged with expanding GrabCycle’s presence with the goal of improving acquisition, conversion, and retention. Ideally, you have a proven track record of developing a highly engaging online platform from the ground up.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Lead the development of growth features on GrabCycle consumer app

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new opportunities for growth

  • Develop and prioritize new strategies, product and growth initiatives

  • Create and manage a growth roadmap

  • Work with Engineering and Design teams to build, test, and ship product and marketing experiments

  • Drive new product integration and adoption

  • Incubate new initiatives to grow advertising business and product adoption

  • Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives

  • Synthesize trends in the ecosystem, product performance, growth, and couple these with insights from partners

  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities

  • Be a master in cross-functional collaboration by developing deep relationships with key cross-functional partners across the company and coordinating with working teams

  • Closely monitor and measure results


The must haves:

  • 5+ years of product management and marketing in a consumer tech company

  • 3+ years of growth-focused experience at a consumer tech company

  • Deep experience with data science and analysis

  • Strong track record of excellence in execution

  • A team player who is constantly looking to teach and learn from others

  • People and team leadership experience coupled with project management experience

  • Problem-solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting

  • Knowledge of organizational dynamics, operating experience with cross-functional organizations

  • Discovering scrappy and creative ways to drive huge impact

  • Hustling and moving fast while still understanding what's working and minimizing wasted effort

  • Championing a big vision and seeing it being put into action

  • MBA preferred
