As the intersection between business, technology and user experience, the main objective of this role is to constantly innovate and improve on Grab’s products to help your team and company deliver the perfect product to our users. To optimising our product to achieve the business goals while maximising return on investment, and passionate about the user experience.
The day-to-day activities:
Analyze markets, products, and competition for the purpose of shaping the product direction alongside Product Management and Design Leadership
Collaborate closely with Business and Product to set product adoption and revenue goals and develop plans to drive growth
Represent the product roadmap to internal stakeholders and external partners to drive product understanding and adoption
Partner with Marketing Communications, PR, and Regional Product Marketing to develop and drive go-to-market, content marketing, demand generation strategies through various channels on time and on budget
Coordinate with internal Grab marketing and content teams to deliver against business results
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Strong collaboration across the various teams and be the focal point for all stakeholders nearly in all function
Exceptional strategic, technical, and implementation skills to develop vigorous and inventive digital marketing strategies
To generate written, graphic, and video content using latest marketing technologies and social media, and to develop digital marketing roadmaps including but not limited to SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media
Shape the overall product vision and roadmap to take Grab from a start-up to a regional powerhouse
Collaborate with engineering and design to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users
Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across nearly all functions in the company - marketing, sales, operations, data science, engineering, content, customer service, payments and IT
Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product development
The must haves:
BA/BS degree
MBA highly desired
5+ years of product marketing or product management experience
Experience in consumer facing products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
Analytical skill including SQL and Tableau highly desired
Knowledge inclusive but not limited to SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media
Experience building and launching new product and services and leading go-to-markets
Communication skills for technical, business, and external stakeholders
Record of setting organizational priorities and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic workplace
