Job requirement

We're looking for to fill a Product Lead position in the Marketplace Team within our Commercial Products Engineering department. If you love to solve problems on the Seller side of a Marketplace, this is your place.

What you will do:

  • You will lead a team of Product Managers whose mission is to help thousands of sellers grow their business with Tiki.
  • You and your team will own the development of features for all of Tiki's Seller Center platform, which includes major touch points such as signup, product listing, product promotion and order management.

  • We have a data-informed mindset. We try to use data to inform our decision as much as possible, but we don't live and die by only data, intuition counts, too.
  • We are independent. Most of the time, your team will not need technical assistance from other teams.
  • We take risks. We're not afraid to challenge "best practices", if a change is deemed extremely risky then we'll test it first, otherwise we don't hesitate in moving things around or even throw things away.

    • Who you will be working with:

    • Within your team: designers, frontend, backend engineers, app engineers and quality control engineers.
    • Outside your team: stakeholders in other departments and business partners.
