Get to know your team: 
Product Innovation team focuses on improving current processes/ flow of Tiki’s Supply Chain through data-driven analyses and real execution observations to help Supply Chain achieves the goals with optimum resources. The team coverage includes ideation, proposal, experimentation, driving implementation and continuous tracking/ reviewing the output. 
Your role: 

  • Conduct relevant research to identify the issues through both data analysis, discussions with current stakeholders and observing actual operation flow. 
  • Comfortable working with huge data sets. 
  • Proposing solutions in both written form and presentation to all stakeholders in order to finalize the agreed action plan ( new features, new policy, timeline,…) 
  • Working closely with Tech team and Operation team to drive implementation on track with the plan. 
  • Keeping all stakeholders updated on the current projects status. 
  • Following up with issues come up to provide timely action.
