Experience:
1) BOM & New material update on Centric ; Coordinate with factory to get and update.
2) Sample librarian: Receive, checking, document recording for all keeping sample from factories.
3) Transfer techpack preparing ; Receive, checking, document recording for all keeping sample from factories.
4) Material breakdown: Collect the info from factory and update it on excel online link from HQ.
5) Collect & Record data/info and make a summary as per request.
6) Follow up with factory/ Team to update file as per request.
7) Any tasks assigned by supervisor.
1. 3-5 years experience in Project management / coordinate or related field.
2. Fluent in english written and spoken / Chinese will be an advantage.
3. Email communications , Creating and managing spreadsheets : Super user with Word / Excel/Powerpoint documents , Video & Image editing.
