Mô tả công việc

· Identify, trace, and communicate overall sourcing strategies and cost savings initiatives;

· Search for new prospects and cosmetic & supplement suppliers domestically and internationally;

· Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for related services;

· Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with Product Manager;

· Provide specific technical expertise to ensure effective transition of product design into samples and production while ensuring the manufacturability, material selection, material standards, development timeline and cost to meet targets;

· Supervise the direct development process;

· Explain product requirements and standards to factory to achieve shared goals;

· Market researching in Cosmetic; Nutrition and well understanding of consumer’s behaviors in other to provide ideas/initiatives for business strategies;

· Willing to travel for business trip when required;

· Other duties assigned by direct line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

·       2-3 experience years in product development/market research/Marketing, cosmetics or nutrition industry;

·       Passionated and interested in Cosmetic, Nutrition and business development related activities;

·       Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting

·       Working knowledge of MS Office.

·       Have knowledge of design software, Photoshop is an advantage.

·       Problem-solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills.

·       Willing to work over the scope of work.
