Job requirement
YOUR JOBS:
Process new development requests departments on related PD tasks including drawings, costing, testing, creating product codes and sample shipments.
Lead PD tasks relating to OEM accounts such as creating assembly instruction videos and processing requests for replacement parts.
Provide regular updates and reports for the OEM Team Leader, the clients and the CS team.
Development timelines and resolve issues.
Prepare sample reports with photography and lead sample reviews with the client’s PD team.
Prepare re-caps of the sample reviews for internal and external use.
Support to transition from the development stage to mass production.
Coordinate with relevant departments and 3rd parties to process all testing requests
