Product Development Engineer

- New product development:

• Evaluate, giving ideas on new product
• Evaluate, supplier selection on new product
• Evaluate product specification
• Technical communication with suppliers on product
• Build test case and perform software, hardware and integration testing:
• Develop and maintain testing procedures for household products.
• Ensure testing procedures include key elements such as functionality, performance, durability, compatibility, and maintainability testing.
• Integrate automated testing tools into process testing and ensure optimal tool usage.

- Ensure product quality:

• Verify and trace key quality indicators (KPIs) to evaluate testing effectiveness and product quality.
• Test and validations functional, durability, and performance testing for household products such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines.
• Ensure product compliance with national quality and safety standards.

- Troubleshooting and Risk Management:

• Analyze and resolve quality issues detected during production and inspection.
• Collaborate with other departments (production, R&D, maintenance) to address quality issues and potential risks.
• Ensure that quality issues are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, minimizing customer impact and cost of action.

• Graduated from university or higher in majors such as: Electronics - Automation Engineering, Thermal Refrigeration, Refrigeration, Telecommunications Electronics, etc.
• Have professional knowledge and practical experience in product development or a similar role within electronics manufacturing environment. Priority is given to candidates with experience in Home appliance, TV and Air conditional.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Good English skills.
• Management skill about quality management standards and processes.
• Honest, meticulous, careful, and responsible at work.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
