Monitor current websites, applications, CMS/CRM systems to ensure expected functionality;
Detect & eliminate system errors in terms of both internal & external users' experience;
Receive orders from business process owners, translate orders to standard wire frame, SRS for design & IT teams;
Coordinate with design & IT teams to deliver products within given time frame and quality standard;
Research & recommend new solutions to improve existing products.

Yêu cầu

Negotiation skills;
Systematic & Logical thinking;
Attention to detail;
Ability to manage large workload;
Basic understanding of product development;
Internet enthusiasts & people with good sense of visual design are perferable;
Experience in Product development, especially mobile experience-related products, is a plus;
Experience in startups, internet companies is a plus.
