Product Designer

Must have:

1.Early Involvement in the Design Process

• Participate early in the design phase through user research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define the problem space and synthesize insights into design directions.
• Turn findings into actionable opportunities before proposing solutions.

2.High-Fidelity Design & Prototyping

• Deliver high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Convert product requirements and user flows into intuitive Web and App interfaces.

3.Design System Management

• Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system across platforms.
• Build reusable components and create clear usage documentation.

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QC to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Actively participate in agile rituals such as sprint planning and grooming.

5.Business Alignment & Metrics

• Understand product and business goals to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on user and business value.

Nice to have:

1.User Research & Testing

• Support planning and execution of usability testing or stakeholder interviews.
• Translate qualitative insights into meaningful design improvements.

2.Data-Driven Iteration

• Leverage analytics tools to review usage data and refine user flows accordingly.

3.Visual Support (Icons, Illustrations, Banners)

• Create or edit simple icons and illustrations.
• Assist with banner design for online campaigns (Photoshop/Illustrator experience is a plus).

• Web/App Design certificates
• Have 2-4 years of experience working in digital product design (web/app), especially in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficient in Figma: Skilled in Auto Layout, Components, Styles, and Prototyping. Experience with building and maintaining design systems.
