About the Role
The design team follows a simple philosophy: our design must be well thought through, our products
must be useful and delight our customers all while enhancing their lives.
Our humble user experience practitioners come from different parts of the world and have different
backgrounds, such as engineering, content strategy, industrial design, architecture, psychiatry, printing
etc. We believe diversity enables innovation.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Product Designers ensuring the proposed design and UX for all mobile products are technically achievable and in the best interests of the customer.
- Partner with Researchers and Designers to define and deliver new features, test new concepts and assist with final implementation. Details are critical as you iterate on complex interactions, animations and pixel-perfect visual designs.
- Interface with researchers, designers and the mobile team using industry tools to craft creative and engaging prototypes.
- Creation & Maintenance of Prototype Code Library alongside internal UX team.
- Work on several projects/products simultaneously while meeting tight datelines.
- These prototypes will demonstrate new design elements as well as new product features for customer validation and testing, internal stakeholder review and buy-in and for the development team to implement into software.
Requirements
- You are highly technical yet understand what great design is.
- Comfortable interfacing with UX, product and technical teams in an agile development environment.
