Purpose of the Role: This role ensures that Easia’s products are not only operationally strong but also emotionally compelling and market-ready. The Lead transforms raw product data into powerful storytelling, supporting Marketing and Sales with content that inspires confidence and conversions. Positioned in Production, the role drives effective handover, training, and communication, maximizing impact across both core and growth markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop narratives and sales hooks tailored to markets and aligned with brand positioning.
 - Reinvent inspection reports into concise, targeted updates for Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
 - Reinvent the product launch process so Marketing and Sales receive story-driven, visually supported content ready to use.
 - Liaise with Marketing for requests on product updates/storylines, and coordinate forecasts to ensure synergy.
 - Support Sales by answering questions on how to sell products effectively.
 - Develop training materials under Production Manager guidance (approved by Marketing).
 - Research trends and competitor positioning to refine product storytelling.
 - Highlight sustainability aspects in partnership with the Responsible Travel & Community Engagement Officer.
