The Enterprise team is Grab’s Business to Business (B2B) arm which aims to out-serve all corporate clients and strategic partners by providing access to the best of Grab’s services and latest innovations
Get to know the role:
Provide Enterprise team visibility through (product and business) metrics measurements and insights regionally across different verticals & countries
Continuously enrich Enterprise insights by collating best practices and related datasets from internal platform and external teams
Work with Engineers in defining and building scalable data structures, the central building blocks of Enterprise Analytics that enables coherence and efficient analytics, where complex data are organized and can be extracted with simplicity and speed
Gather relevant knowledge from other teams: cross-functional, operations teams, in each country markets on Grab’s businesses and products. Combine these knowledge with Enterprise data to develop richer insights
The day to day activities:
Partner with Product Strategy Teams, Engineers and PMs to execute high impact analysis related to feature impact & metric performance
Partner closely with Engineering to ensure proper instrumentation of new products (both web based and via the app) and tests including capture of new data, and transfer into data warehouse with proper documentations
Mine large amounts of clickstream (via Google Analytics / Tag Manger or similar tools) and transactional data to develop a deep understanding of Grab’s Corporate Companies and Business Passengers
Create business/product intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards in accordance to business requirements
The must haves:
4+ (Senior) / 1 year+ (Junior) of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or a Data Science role, preferably in an B2B Industry company with large, complex, high velocity data. Prior experience with Product Management will be a definite plus
Advanced SQL skills and experience in querying large relational databases
Hands on experience with programming tools like R or Python
Hands on experience with Data Visualization platforms like Tableau / Qlikview / D3.js, etc.
Hands on experience with Google Analytics / Tag Manager is a plus
Good data storytelling skills: Experienced in communicating impactful data insights, involving a combination of data, visuals, and narrative.
