Experience:
1. Execute end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
2. Monitor inventory levels and proactively follow up on deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.
3. Handle tasks related to inbound and outbound logistics to support smooth supply chain operations.
4. Ensure accurate and complete procurement files and documentation to compliance and audit readiness.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to address product-related complaints and resolve claims in a timely manner.
6. Support contract preparation, review, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Participate in cost-saving productivities /initiatives, and weekly NPD meeting.
Qualifications:
8. College /university graduated ( Food Tech is preferred)
9. 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement
10. Can speak, write and understand English.
11. Proficient in use of Microsoft software – Excel, word, Power point, SAP system
12. Negotiation skill is a high advantage.
13. Fast learner
14. Ready to work in highly competitive environment, tight schedules and deliver stiff targets
