Report to: Supply Chain Manager Subordinates: 2 employees • Developing supply strategies & analysing supply markets • Specifying requirements and planning supply (MRP) • Appraising and shortlisting suppliers, negotiating offers and contracts with suppliers • Managing supplier relationships • Managing inventory, control buffer stock • Measuring and evaluating supplier performance • Managing inventory, control buffer stock • Manage import-export document, clearance, inspection as required by authority • Ensure import-export formality/import duty compliance with Vietnamese regulation timely • Communicate with internal departments to meet demand for export orders, managing delivery, payment and looking after after sales service • Ensure transactions are compliance with standing policy and well documented • Develop succession people in procurement • Develop people to manage planning and supply following to company growth • Create good relationship with intenal & external customers • Manage people in department friendly, actively and discipline
• Advance knowledge of procurement & logistics management process • Knowledge of foreign trade and import-export regulations • Knowledge of quality standard • Commitment to work honesty, transparency, integrity, safery & quality compliances • Continuous improvement mindset • Leadership skills • Communication & negotiation skills • Ability to coach, develop & influence other people
