Job requirement

  • Be responsible to find the most suitable Suppliers/Contractors for Company’s operations
  • Conduct market survey / research to determine market requirements for existing and future products and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided
  • Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities    
  • Manage procurement activity Raw materials,packaging, spare parts, maintenance services and other services for production of 02 Factories in Cu Chi and Ba Vi
  • Importing dairy products from Australia and importing packaging from Sweden, Malaysia and China
  • Manage procurement process for POSM ,material and services for office operations
  • Ensure that purchasing SAP entries and documents are properly managed
  • Perform purchasing analysis and cost data for use in scheduling, planning, budgeting, and other functional activities
  • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
  • Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving
