Get to know the Role:
Within the geographical perimeter , validate and deploy with the associated cross functional team/stakeholder on Procurement strategy, supplier panel, deploying Procurement levers for productivity. Be compliant to Key Internal control. Drive sustainable productivity results.
The day-to-day activities:
- Leads sourcing efforts beginning with spend analysis through contract execution
- Identifies and leads sourcing and procurement process improvements
- Applies and implements Strategic Sourcing best practices and processes
- Assesses opportunities, sets and executes commodity strategies
- Develops business case, cost/benefit analysis and benefit realization analyses
- Mitigate risks and capture opportunities (short and mid term) for key commodities.
- Develops synergies and optimize working process between internal business partners and Procurement.
- Analyzes, documents and presents complex category and commodity operational/financial data to stakeholders/executives
- Drafts and edits commercial documents (RFPs, RFQs, Contracts, Terms & Conditions, etc.)
- Coordinates and leads legal review/approval process for procurement/sourcing contracts/agreements
- Leads supplier evaluation and selection process
- Develops and deploys change management practices.
- Maintains database of contracts, supplier information for the country spend.
- Reviews and approves supplier management program strategies
- Plans and facilitates supplier performance reviews
- Manages Service Level Agreements with suppliers
- Identifies and leads process/continuous improvement efforts
- Monitors and measures supplier performance and compliance; identifies and recommends ways to resolve performance issues
- Manage Expense and Procurement performance. Monitor savings and Procurement KPIs.

The must haves:
- Degree in any Supply Chain, Business Management discipline or any relevant study
- Negotiation and sourcing. Understands and applies commercial law concepts, contracts terms and conditions and vendor management in Marketing commodity.

- Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses initiative, resourceful and proactive attitude.
