JOB PURPOSE:

Be responsible for all procurement requirement of PM Department with accuracy and effectively .

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments ‘s requests.
Compose memorandums or proposals for management review & approval.
Ensure the organizational rules to purchasing procedures accordingly.
Review contracts, purchase orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
Compare/check price, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers in order to schedule or expedites deliveries and avoid missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
Manage all operations expenses and management costs the spending vs budget.
Other tasks assigned by Head of Commercial/ Property Manager.
