The day-to-day activities:

  • Lead the Process Quality Control team, provide mentorship, coaching and support the team.
  • Manage emerging trends in documentation quality, legal and tax compliance requirements and ensure compliance of operational teams in onboarding and document collection processes.
  • Create and revise guidelines and process in coordination with Quality Assurance team to ensure onboarding and document renewal requirements match external and internal commitments.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and identifying emerging issues in the driver on-boarding and monitoring process.
  • Participating in planning and auditing, controlling the full cycle of drivers’ quality and performance.
  • Provide clear, detailed and actionable constructive feedback and recommendations to related teams
  • Document quality assessments and feedback.
  • Internal and external reporting as needed.
  • Additional tasks as required by the Quality Control Manager.





The must haves:

  • Bachelor or higher
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience working under complicated and changing regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent English in written and spoken communication.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Strong acumen in data analysis, reporting, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills, honestly, high responsibility
  • Planning skills, work independently
  • Problem solving skills, good communication skills
  • Leadership, management skill
