IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • As Process Excellence champion of Operations Support, creates, owns and maintains all support processes to achieve operations excellence.
  • Support multiple business process improvement projects with various operations teams
  • Facilitate quality and change management processes
  • Conduct workshops with process stakeholders, facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify process gaps and chart out improvement action plans
  • Identify and collect data on various metrics to create performance baselines and identify action plans to improve baselines
  • Identify the best operations process, mapped with the tools in use, to improve the productivity of the team.

 
AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity
  • Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Skilled in process flow documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
