1. Prepress, printing, finishing's process design and improvement;
2. Standard operational procedure (SOP) design and improvement;
3. New product's process assessment and follow-up;
4. Arrange and coordinate production trial for quality/process improvement;
5. Raw material test and NMR follow up;
6. Maintain production BOM system.
7. Handling and report monthly machine status Daily control machine status 
8. Planning training plan for new comer
9. Plan and update weekly consumable
10. Coordinate with GPD and Platform team on Technical issue, CCR and quality issue.
11. Build up the technical team to be strong on skills

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
2. 2 - 4 years of working experience in relating industries
3. Strong sense of responsibility, good customer service mindset and excellent communication skills;
4. Flexibility for trouble shooting

Provide supervision and implement all production activities following Avery Dennison’s Corporate Standard towards safety in order to produce high quality products to satisfy customer’s demand on products quality with lowest price and shortest delivery time.
