- Mapping, analysing, developing and implementing the credit card procedures
+ Mapping the process in Business Process Management and Notation (BPMN) and get the verification from the related departments
+ Cooperating with process owners and users to define and analyze current operational procedure/workflow with recommendations of the optimized solutions
+ Managing the change in process to ensure following BPMN standardization in organization
+ Providing post implementation support to solve process/procedure of problems
- Measuring and monitoring KPI of credit card process and proving feedback performance as well as controlling operation´s productivity to optimize the cost.
- Participate in company’s projects, processes creation and improvement in credit card business
- Work with IT related to credit care business topics to define how the technology supports the workflow and participate/follow in UAT to make sure the process implementing as per design
