Proactive Project Sales –Asst. Manager

Job requirement

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve company’s objective and group sales target.
  • To promote and sell all products to developers, contractors, specifiers and painters.
  • To manage and provide proper guidance to his/her sales team.
  • To maintain and develop key and new accounts respectively.
  • To develop his/her team by delegating responsibilities and tasks.
  • To provide feedback on performance strengths and areas of development.
  • To develop his/her team’s abilities to effectively handle customer service issues.
  • To strategize and manage projects at site.
  • To ensure his/her team understand productivity and job performance standards.
  • Nature And Scope of Job

  • To submit monthly sales report to the HOD.
  • To coordinate and direct all commercial activities by reporting to the company.
  • To monitor competitor’s activities and provide feedback to the company.
  • To monitor and control stock inventory of finish goods at specific territories in charge by him/her.
  • To manage the sales team and ensure collections of accounts are within company’s stipulated credit terms and limit.
  • To identify and develop marketing strategy for potential accounts.
  • To identify sales issues and opportunities based on feedback.
  • To communicate/submit promotional event information.
  • To prepare monthly stock inventory forecast.
  • Job requirement
