Seller Success team at Tiki is has a singular mission - make our sellers successful. Getting new sellers to first sale as soon as possible and growing existing sellers to reach sustainable volume are metrics we focus on. Managing fraudulent and high risk sellers is another crucial area we own. We want out sellers to succeed but not at the cost of losing customer trust. Thus checks and instrumentation/rating we put in place for future is fundamental to scaling Tiki business. This is an area where we have a lot of new product building work to do - from seller rating to building smart nudge or notification system for sellers to run and grow their business. Offering sellers tools to run promotions and merchandising/advertising also will fall into our area - a huge opportunity we see in Vietnam market. Responsibilities:

• Think strategically and creatively to gather insights and help refine the product vision and metrics based on product data and user research.
• Define, scope, ship, and measure features, and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn. Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to inform the strategic direction.
• Create simple, intuitive yet efficient user experiences  (primarily mobile) that make customers smile by guiding designers
• Develop and prioritise a feature roadmap, working with engineering and business, execute the roadmap.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams (legal, sales, marketing) and work with go-to-market stakeholders to launch features.
